Yoga has been a steady companion on my path of change, healing, and rediscovery - a way of coming back to myself again and again. What began as a deeply personal practice slowly became a calling to share- not as a way to perform, but as an invitation to come home to ourselves.

I’m a certified 450 RYT yoga and mindfulness teacher, trained in vinyasa, yin, meditation, sound healing, somatics, hands-on assists, and trauma-aware approaches. Over the years, I’ve guided classes in studios, online, and on retreats around the world, including, among others: • Selina, Magnetic Island (Australia) • Orion Healing Centre, Thailand • Floripa Yoga Retreat, Sicily • Ibiza Yoga Retreat • Mystical Yoga Farm, Guatemala • Retreats I’ve hosted in Poland, Portugal & more • studios, outdoor classes & special events across Berlin where I’m based.

My teaching blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and stillness. For me, yoga is a space to reconnect with your body: physically, emotionally, and energetically. It’s about softening, tuning in, processing, releasing, and creating space to feel and regulate.

There’s something powerful that happens when we step away from our daily routines, constant doing, and digital noise - and give ourselves space to just be.

Retreats are sacred containers to me. They offer a pause — a moment to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect with your body, your heart, and your deeper truth.

I create retreats because I see the transformation that happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected. To ourselves. To nature. And to the shared energy of a group. There’s a unique kind of power in community, in moving through a process together. It allows us to go deeper, feel more, and return to life changed in meaningful ways.

For me, it’s also about nature. The missing piece in so many of our lives. I’m deeply inspired by its the healing energy and I love bringing people into calming environments that create space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

These are not just “wellness getaways.”
They’re immersive, heart-led journeys. Carefully crafted to offer you nourishment, clarity, emotional release, and alignment. Each retreat follows a powerful arc:

  1. Body – First, we arrive in the body. Through grounding somatic practices, yoga, nervous system support, and slow presence.

  2. Heart – Then, we drop into the heart. Our vision, our deepest desires. Reconnecting with what’s meaningful, what’s been forgotten or buried beneath the noise.

  3. Alignment – Finally, we integrate. Through reflection, embodiment, and action - so that what you experience doesn’t just stay on the mat and it's not just another vacation but actually impact how you show up in your life.

This is the work that lights me up - creating spaces where we can can come home to ourselves, connect with others, and return to their lives not just rested, but transformed.

Why I’m so passionate about creating retreats

Full hearts and deep gratitude.
This spring, we completed our 5-day Into the Heart retreat in a private Portuguese valley — a powerful journey of slowing down, reconnecting, and being held in intentional community. What continues to amaze me is how much shifts when we gather with purpose. Intention truly changes everything.

Over these days, we moved through a gentle yet profound process:

Into the Body – Returning to ourselves through mindful movement, sensory awareness, nature walks, and cold swims. We softened into presence and rebuilt safety in the body.

Into the Heart – Tuning in to inner wisdom, desires, and truth through guided workshops, journaling, cacao ceremony, and heartfelt sharing.

Into Alignment – Weaving it all together in celebration with movement, stillness, and community — culminating in a joyful, grounding ecstatic dance.

In between: nourishing food, quiet reflection, open conversation, nature, and laughter.
It’s always an honor to hold space for this kind of collective transformation — slow, embodied, and deeply human.
