Where are we retreating
Nestled in the coastal village of Buljarica, Montenegro, this retreat space is cradled between the mountains and the Adriatic Sea — a serene sanctuary designed for deep rest, connection, and renewal.
Surrounded by the four elements — earth, air, sun, and water — this land invites a sense of oneness and grounding. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature, yourself, and a like-hearted community. Expect stunning views, nourishing plant-based cuisine, and spaces intentionally curated for presence and healing.
Plus, we're just a 15-minute walk from Buljarica Beach, the second-longest beach in Montenegro - ideal for morning dips, salty air, and sunset strolls.
A day at the retreat
8:00 – 9:30 Silent Morning, Meditation & Yoga
10:00 -11:00 Plant-based brunch
11:00-13:00 Nature activity (hike or beach time)
13:00-15:00 Free time or optional 1:1 sessions (massages, sauna etc.)
15:00-16:30 Somatic workshop or ceremony

Flights, airport transfers, and travel insurance are not included.
Each room has its own private bathroom and the beds in the rooms can be put together as a double bed or separated into two single beds (excluding the dorm room).

Hi, I’m Marta — a certified yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, yin, meditation, sound healing, somatics, and trauma-aware approaches. I create retreats because I believe in their power to reconnect us — to our bodies, to nature, and to what truly matters. For me, these gatherings are sacred containers: intentional, heart-led journeys designed to nourish, restore, and inspire meaningful transformation.
My teaching blends mindful movement, nervous system support, and stillness to help you soften, feel, and come home to yourself. I’m deeply inspired by nature’s healing energy and the power of community - and I love creating spaces where we can step away from the noise, drop into presence, and realign with our inner truth.

We recommend flying into Podgorica Airport - it’s well-connected with direct flights from major cities in the UK, Sweden, Germany, and beyond (including low-cost options like Ryanair). From Podgorica, it's just a 1-hour scenic drive to the retreat. Group airport transfers will be arranged by us.

Absolutely! This retreat is open to all levels, including beginners. Our yoga sessions focus on mindful movement, deep relaxation, and connection to your body, rather than physical intensity. You’ll be guided with care, and variations will be offered so you can practice at your own pace.

Bring comfortable yoga clothes, a journal, a reusable water bottle, a swimsuit for wild swims, and anything that helps you feel at home (like a favorite shawl or essential oils). A full packing list will be sent to you before the retreat. Yoga mats and props are provided at the center.
