What I can say for now: this is a practical and deeply supportive journey for women who are ready to shift out of chronic stress, overthinking, and emotional fatigue - and into more clarity, presence, and nervous system regulation. We’ll explore tools and practices from meditation, body & emotional awareness, and mindful habit-building. Each week blends somatic techniques, mindset shifts, and gentle rituals to help you come back into balance - physically, emotionally, and mentally.

This is an intimate group of max 8 women. I intentionally keep my groups small and only work with 3–5 private clients at a time so I can be fully present with each person. You’ll have my full commitment—not just during sessions, but also in between. I’ll share personalized resources, check in on your progress, and support you with accountability every step of the way.
