What you’ll get:

✔️ an initial Deep Dive Session to get clear on your goal and where you’re at & structure our partnership (75 min, online)

✔️ Personalized Wellbeing Audit & Pillar Assessment

✔️ 10 Weekly/Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 min, GoogleMeet)

✔️ a wrap-Up Session to celebrate the progress and integrate the learnings.

✔️Custom Daily Routine Plan that support energy and mental health (no overwhelm - built for your life) + a plan for sustainable wellbeing 

✔️ Nervous system reset practices (simple + powerful)

✔️ Worksheets, check-ins, and guided reflection between sessions

✔️ Direct messaging support for accountability & encouragement

✔️ A Bonus follow-up session! We will meet for another session after 1-3 months (whatever serves you best) to check how you’re doing and keep you accountable. Optionally, we can continue working together in a more spacious container, eg. monthly or quarterly to keep the momentum.

I only work with 3-5 clients at a time so I can be truly present with the work I do. So you have my full commitment - I will also be available to you between the sessions, providing personalized resources and keeping you accountable.
